Default St George marathon registration

I registered for the StG marathon last night. If I get in, it will not only be my first marathon, but exactly 13 miles longer than my previous longest run.

I know it is still a long way off, but I've got several bike big events between now and July 12th, which will take most of my training time. So until then, I will likely get my standard 12-15 miles weekly and hope that I can get some good long runs in over the 3 months leading up to it. The tricky part will be coordinating training schedules with my wife, who is also signed up.

We signed up as a group and have one more slot if anyone is interested. I've been working on Steelblue, but he is not taking the bait.

Anyone else signing up?

my wife runs that every year, so she'll see you there. I'll be doing soccer duty.

I have not earned my way into Kona and did not make it via the lottery, so I may be doing another race.

I'd love to do St. George, but won't hear if I got in to NYC or not until mid June. If New York is a no-go, I'm thinking about giving the Las Vegas Marathon another chance.
