Default I lost 10 pounds in three days.

three weeks ago. At least there's one good side-effect of the flu.

The really good thing is, I've started exercising & eating better (minus the easter candy. Damn those Cabury mini-eggs & peeps!), and haven't put the weight back on.

I don't think that losing weight due to the flu is a good thing. It was probably almost all water weight.

Most likely. I wasn't able to hold anything down for over 48 hours, and based on what was coming out of my rear end, "almost all water weight" sounds about right.

Still, though, I'm still 10 pounds lighter than I was, and my pants fit significantly more loosely than they did previously. All of which is a good thing, especially considering the fact that it's been three weeks and I haven't put it back on yet
