I should have said would be rather than will be.

Of course, I did use would at the end of my paragraph, but I'm sure you unintentionally ignored that, right?

Only because you are entertained by your own lies.

For the rest playing along at home:
- I didn't say the Democrats have "no chance" in North Carolina. I expressed my doubt that they would win it.
- I didn't say the debates had no impact. I said the 2nd debate had no impact.

Cali has a reading problem. Don't pick on him.

This whole conversation is bordering on the absurd because we're debating the cause of a hypothetical. But yes, I'm suggesting that if he were to lose, the loss could be attributed to the traditionally Democratic and left-leaning Independent voters who will refuse and have openly refused to support their own candidate because of his race. Those voters alone would be enough to swing the states that would cost him the election.

I also enjoy watching you backtrack now and recharacterize your arguments. Salt for your pretzel?

Anyone with an attention span of longer than 32 seconds and an IQ above 10.

I'm not recharacterizing anything. You're a liar.

Fair enough.

And yes, I know it's all hypothetical, I just wanted to make sure I understood what you were saying.

One good thing that would come of it would be that it would expose the liberals as the racists they really are.

Is anyone else disturbed by BatGirl's Rocky-esque transformation in this thread. Nothing wrong with Rocky, I like the guy, and his approach is refreshing at times. But this new Rocky-BatGirl-amalgamation disturbs me.

I blame Obama. I'll be blaming him for a lot of things over the next four years.

Religion rises inevitably from our apprehension of our own death. To give meaning to meaninglessness is the endless quest of all religion. When death becomes the center of our consciousness, then religion authentically begins. Of all religions that I know, the one that most vehemently and persuasively defies and denies the reality of death is the original Mormonism of the Prophet, Seer and Revelator, Joseph Smith.
