Her speech was like Obama's. It was just fine. Nothing special, nothing amazing, nothing incredibly memorable. Frankly, pretty much like all the speeches....pre-rehearsed drivel and platitudes. Yawn.

Like I said before, everyone is very excited about this speech because the expectations were so low.

She did well tonight....for what the expectations were going into it.

What did she do to earn the A? she had some good one liners, which I can appreciate.

She showed zero nipple, which I hate.

Did I miss the "nothing to fear but fear itself" part of her speech? Most of it was just the usual partisan hackjob we have heard at both conventions for the past 2 weeks.

Again, I don't think she did poorly. I think she did well. But you know as well as I that most of that applause was a collective sigh of relief that this woman is not a complete knucklehead. It was a nice speech, though.

Then again, what else was she supposed to do tonight? Be timid and shy and quiet and admit that she was cutting ribbons in a small town in Alaska a few years ago?
