Default Relay blog

I put together a blog for the family members of our team to follow along as we make our way from Logan to Park City. I'm going to post to it as much as I can, but cell coverage around there isn't always great.

Anyway, feel free to check it out if you want. I'll start posting later tonight and I'm hoping to post at least after every leg of ours and then during our down times. We'll see how it goes.

FWIW: on my last leg, 4.1 miles w/ 4% decline I got my fastest 5k: 24'59"

LOL. I'll never beat that again. My IT Band is sore but not like last time. I don't plan on running for awhile and working it out.

Never say never. I predict that if you keep running you will beat that 5k time on a flat course.

That was a lot of fun. My second leg was brutal, probably not as bad as fuegote's and Runner Coug. It was interesting running with maybe only 1 hour of sleep and running at 2 in the morning. The heat was brutal, it was really bad on our last legs. That was probably the hardest run I have ever done. But other than that it was a blast and we already signed up for next year.
