Default Jeff Galloway in Utah

I just got an email from the Salt Lake Running Company saying that Jeff Galloway will be at their Store on Highland Drive for a free running clinic on May 14th at 7 PM.

Yeah, I think he's running Ogden with his wife.

I can't think of a more polarizing guy in the world of road racing than Jeff Galloway. Most people either love his plans or hate them. He ran the Northern Utah Training Series 1/2 that I ran two years ago. I was right with him for about 6 miles, and it was freaking weird. He would run less than a minute, walk for about 10 seconds, then start running again, over and over. I just wasn't that impressed with his run/walk method. It was odd.

I don't know what happened to him in that race. After a while I looked for him and he was gone. I don't know if he blew by me or dropped out. I couldn't find his name in the results.
