If I were to post a non-pornographic nude photo of my son on the internet, I would be concerned about the possibility of it falling into the hands of a predatory monster. Along similar lines, I suppose I could also worry about the fact that all of the women around whom I work are, in their mind's eye, constantly stripping me naked and performing all kinds of beastly sexual acts on my unwilling body. It is a disgusting fact of life, but not one that concerns me so much that I would ever be a shut-in.

Robin: you certainly have full opinion of your body, physique and your intellect if you believe women are stripping you naked in their eyes.

I have no misconception that I am all but invisible to their eyes, until they want a paycheck, that is. Sometimes invisible is good.
