I should also add that when BYU played at USC in 2003, they had "Lose Yourself" blaring from the loud speakers before the game, and it definitely became one of my instant favorites. certainly Has a theme that fits along well with most sporting events as well.

Man some of those are good choices. Sizz I could work out to your list.
Our volleyball team in HS warmed up to Rage. Man that would always get us pumped. We'd blast it so loud you couldn't even talk to someone sitting next to you. Another one that I love is Points of Authority by Linkin Park. Also One Step Closer when Chester starts screaming "Shut up when I'm talking to you!" What it is to Burn by Finch. The Leaving Song, Pt. 2 by AFI.

It's hard to narrow it down, but I'm most in line with Lebowski's and Sabotage. But my one that is way out there from the rest would be "Do you hear the People Sing?" from Les Miz. Yeah, weird. The chorus is powerful and I can't listen to it in the car because the speedometer just goes up and up and up.

When I'm doing the stationary bike, I get an extra 10 rpm's when "Holding Out for a Hero" comes on the iPod.

How about "Maniac" from the Flashdance soundtrack?
