I work with a couple of people who use it all the time, and they swear by it. I've heard that beginning next year they are going to start charging for non-international calls. Is that the case, and if so, are there any alternatives to Skype that would be worth checking out?

Iv'e used it for over the internet computer-to-computer calls (free).

Just wanted to remind everyone that skype is integrated into this forum. You can enter your skype name so that people could talk to you over skype. Go to User CP > Edit Profile
