Incredible, what does it take to get someone locked up permanently, or executed?

Luckily there is always some fancy-schmancy lawyer in the Northwest who is willing to martyrize herself and try and spring him.

HERself? We have an adversarial system, buddy, so that's the way it works if the prosecutors don't do their jobs, too. I thought they did better in TX.

No, we are talking about the post-conviction 15th appeal here. THere are people that do this pro-bono, then they do speaking engagements (telling heart rending stories of victimization [of the criminal]) and get awards at banquets.
