Default Off the grill today...

Jerked Chicken (grilled)

with Mango, Cilantro and Red Onion Salsa

Corn on the Cob (grilled)

Salad: Fruit. (This is the best season of WA cherries I can remember)

Starch: Potato Salad

Then grilled peach halves with vanilla ice cream added, once off the grill.

What did everyone else cook up for the 4th?

All beef hot dogs, burgers and rib eyes. On the side: fruit salad, 7-layer dip, stuffed mushrooms. Dessert: homemade ice cream and strawberry shortcake (with blueberries for that red, white and blue feel).

I spent most of the day doing crappy paperwork....prepping accounts for my clients I'm going to see tomorrow.

I had no idea that selling Advertising for YellowBook involved so much yewting homework.....good job though.

But I did have a bowl of cereal. Not the way I wanted to spend my favorite Holiday. Oh well.
