Back in 2003 I was 500 lbs.

So...250ish is my goal. We will see how that goes.

Is this a serious statement or a shock and awe statement?

500 pounds?

Serious as a heart attack.

On May 24th, 2003 I hit my largest. 500 lbs. and 00 oz.

Things are much better now and I hope they continue to get better.

That's amazing to take off that much weight. Stay on that bike and that will help.

I've done the biking MB with both my boys and the only way they survived the 50 miles was by stopping and grabbing something to eat half way. The one on one time was great but those were the longest 50 mile rides of my life.

Just to bump this up.....

We are through with both of our 10 milers (33 and 37 minutes respectively for myself), and we have finished both 15 milers (55 and 57 minutes)

This Saturday we do our first 25 miler. I figure we will be in the 2 to 2.25 hour time frame.

I will provide my update from the hospital.

My twig and berries fell off somewhere around mile 20.

Have two weeks to recover.
