Would your view of murder change if it is shown that some people show a genetic disposition towards murder?

How about a disposition towards adultry?

I would think that some things are wrong because they go against the plan.

Our system does take into account all sorts of things (not guilty by reason of insanity).

Punishment is lessned by mitigating factors, for example.

Sexual standards seem to not be static. For example, while we steadfastly advocate monogamy now, earlier prophets spoke out against the evils of monogamy. I guess it helps to be flexible on some matters, or one will fall away.

Bad analogy. It's more like saying to somebody who dislikes fat people, "would your view of fat people change if you found out it's in the genes?"

I don't know what plan you're talking about.

He was talking to fellow believers. You're welcome commenting, but the arrogant, condescending act is pretty stupid in cases like this.

You know, there's an outside chance that we're being just as arrogant and condescending to SeattleUte as he appears to be to us at times.

Just for fun, why don't we assume that we're not out to kill each other?

Unless, of course, I have a genetic predisposition to do so, in which case I can only advise you to run.
