Anyone ever attended an RLDS Church?

A few months ago we heard talks in Church from a former RLDS couple, and they were bashing on the RLDS Church for letting women have the priesthood and being "too liberal."

I figured I might fit in, so I'm going to go check it out. I won't convert or anything, but I thought it sounded cool.

You don't need a recommend to get into their temple also.

On my mission (Pittsburgh) we attended a Church that Sidney Rigdon started. It was called Church of Jesus Christ or Church of Christ or something.

Here, I found a link:

We attended on a Wednesday night in our missionary gear. We just observed. They were nice. The women had the priesthood and they talked in tongues (not while we were there). They prayed for us.

We attended out of curiosity. We didn't go back. It was interesting.

Rock star Alice Cooper has roots in this church.

For a little while I hade a RLDS Evangelist (aka Patriarch) as a neighbor. He gave Patriarchal blessing, but gave no lingeage and you could have more than one if desired.
