Default Future non-conf looks pathetic

2009: FSU, ASU, USU and maybe Tulane
2010: FSU, UW, Nevada
2011: UW, ASU, USU

There's not a single game there to get excited about.

FSU, UW, ASU will all be fun. But when we get 3-4 teams that are pretty much the competitive level of non D1 in conference every year, then we can't be putting on more in the OOC schedule.

I can't wait for FSU. Going to FSU in 2010 will be particularly fun. ASU and UW are also nice.

20/20 hindsight. At the time these games were scheduled, ASU, FSU and UW would all be expected to be top 25 teams.

I'm excited about a potential Tulane road trip.

I'm trying to get my wife excited about going to FSU. It's not working. I sold her on Seattle on the romantic vacation for us to a beautiful city with a little football game thrown in. Tallahassee just doesn't have the same draw. Tulane will be an easier sell.

FSU will be fun. In addition, I enjoy seeing BYU vs any Pac-10 team so all of those games sound great to me. USU and Nevada I could certainly do without, but I'll take either of those over a I-AA team or whatever I'm supposed to call them now.

The problem is, the French Quarter will be swarming with Mormons. Somebody you know may recognize you as you slip into your favorite club on Bourbon St.

You're assuming the levies hold after another hurricane season, right?

If you do not frequent strip bars, do not bother going to New Orleans. It's ugly, dirty, and poor. Great if you want to get it on, sucks if you are a stone cold sober Mormon.
