Rationing is coming.

Because the alternative--no rationing--just isn't possible.

You can't have people on meds that cost thousands per year A PIECE, and then implant devices that cost 80k for people that are going to die in a year anyway, and you multiply all of this by millions, and then you figure it's going to balloon as the baby boomers die. It's just not sustainable.
