Off the grill today...
Jerked Chicken (grilled)
with Mango, Cilantro and Red Onion Salsa Corn on the Cob (grilled) Salad: Fruit. (This is the best season of WA cherries I can remember) Starch: Potato Salad Then grilled peach halves with vanilla ice cream added, once off the grill. What did everyone else cook up for the 4th? |

All beef hot dogs, burgers and rib eyes. On the side: fruit salad, 7-layer dip, stuffed mushrooms. Dessert: homemade ice cream and strawberry shortcake (with blueberries for that red, white and blue feel).

Smoked pulled pork on fresh rolls Cajun spiced corn on the cob Watermelon Salad etc.

I spent most of the day doing crappy paperwork....prepping accounts for my clients I'm going to see tomorrow.
I had no idea that selling Advertising for YellowBook involved so much yewting homework.....good job though. But I did have a bowl of cereal. Not the way I wanted to spend my favorite Holiday. Oh well.
