Axelrod won't be chief of staff, and I don't think Powell will be SOS.

I would guess Daschle for Chief of Staff.

Defense: Webb would be interesting (Kaine would appoint another Dem in VA), but I think it might be Lugar. Maybe Sam Nunn?

Kay Hagan, Sebelius, and Shaheen are all women who could wind up in his cabinet. I do think he will have women in important positions.

No way Summers, his political career is done. Feminists would be up in arms. Barack has said Powell will have some role.
