I think the vegetarian lifestyle is unhealthy

I can tell you with certainty that I have experienced and identified that "unique feeling"...it's called hunger.

First you give up sugar, and now you're off meat too? Switch those with alcohol and coffee and you're one step closer to being a Mormon.

I met a chef who has their own business delivering meals to clients. She says her clients are either celebrities, wealthy people who don't want to cook but want to eat at home, and two income households where both parents work long hours but want to eat healthy.

Y, I actually have a good lentil soup recipe, but you can post yours in case anyone else wants it. I have a hard time convincing Mike that soup is a meal. Also, everytime I cook a veg meal, he yells "Where is the meat?!"
