SIEQ was going to come up with a review of the show, I don't know if he ever did.

I have to say, with ads about the second season now on HBO, it has to be one of the most boring shows I have ever watched.

I couldn't get through the first season. Not because I was offended. On the contrary, I gave it every chance I could. I very much wanted to like it. But the characters, the plot, everything--bores me to tears.

Maybe it's a chick show. I don't know.

I was terribly sick a while ago and I watched the entire season in a couple of days. It was about as interesting as any other show on television.

I found it interesting that the ads leading up to the show portrayed it as one big sex fest where one guy gets these three ladies whenever he wants. However, once you get into the show, they really try to portray Bill Paxon's character as sympathetic and really try to emphasize the plight of a polygamist man.

I liked the show quite a bit and I never found it boring. I would like it even more if all my non-Mormon friends did not constantly want to talk about every aspect of it with me.
