I'm still waiting for a single professional scouter to respond to any sort of communication I leave with them (voicemail or email).

I'm 0 for 3.

I've severely unimpressed with their professionalism.

I think BYU has a college of scouting. You should call one of their profs.

Have you looked out the window for smoke or semaphore signals? Until there is a Blackberry merit badge, I thought they were into those modes of communication.

It's not a college of scouting. It's a Bachelors degree in Scouting Education. I don't know how they offer the degree without some minimal overview of barkie smoking.
