Default Romney doublespeak

So Romney says during his speech that Washington has failed to end our dependence on foreign oil.

What he didn't say is that he is for rolling back the CAFE mileage standards that Congress recently passed with Bush's signature.

Stuff like this will make me happy when he loses. He talks the game like he is something new and different, but he's really the same old GOP establishment crap.

I think any candidate who touts ending our dependence on foreign oil is blowing smoke. Wont' happen for 50 years, unless of course the Vulcans land, solve all of our problems, and then step aside as Humans dominate the universe.

Not raising the mileage standards, when we have our guys dying in the ME, and we are putting billions in the pockets of people that hate us, is really an unpardonable display of callous disregard.

Mike, you act like Romney is the only one who does this.

We get it. You don't want him to be President. Time to move along to your next target.

Sorry, I just have this bad habit of pointing out politicians' crassness.

There is nothing about energy conservation ion his plan.

That's why he would be opposed to something like increasing mileage standards.

Understood.

It just seems that you rarely point out something you don't like about the others.

No worries, really. As stated before, I'm a Hunter guy.
