Admittedly, her mouth does look a bit like Jack Nicholson as the Joker in that pic. She could stand to get some of that taken out of there.

Ignoring the blatant airbrushing, that pic is pre collagen.

If you look on any website of bad celeb plastic surgery, she is always on it.

I am down with Meg Ryan pre-lip implants.

Breaking up with Dennis Quaid was her biggest mistake ever (besides that kidnap move with Russel Crowe, which lead to her breakup). You don't hook up with the guy who co-starred with Martin Short in Innerspace and then piss it all away for a brief fling with a known cell phone chucker like Crowe.
