As to the substance of the original thread, turkey is a delicious, versatile and healthy meat. My wife and I prepare it at least twice a week. I have experimented a few times with turkey burgers. My most succesfull used a mixture of ground turkey, bread crumbs, balsamic vinegar, a little olive oil and shredded cheddar cheese. This one is really good, but it can get dry fast.

Another good use of turkey is to marinate turkey cutlets for a few hours in soy sauce, sprite and some fresh minced garlic. Throw it on the grill for a few minutes on each side and your good to go. The turkey cutlets are thin enough that you get a very powerful flavor.
