So I stayed within my calorie range this week, ran a half marathon on Saturday (just wanted to see if I could do it two weekends in a row), ate well (within my calories) and lost 0 lbs. This is the first week I haven't lost in 9.

I did add more strength training this week which will help me more in the long run. I'm not discouraged.

You really don't want to lose more than 2 pounds a week. If you do, you are losing significant muscle mass. So, finding the calories vs work that nets you a zero isn't a bad thing. Now, back off that calorie total Very Slightly for a week and see if that drops a pound or two. You'll find exactly what you can eat within a couple of weeks. Make small changes in the calories and keep the exercise outputs similar and keep notes.

I was about to say something similar as Steelblue. You may very well have lost 2 lbs of fat but gained 2 lbs of muscle.

Very painful but I'm feeling better and better. It'll be a while before I can run again.

I'm so sorry you had to go through that.

My wife and sis-in-law mentioned for the safety of my joints that I should cut back the 35 miles/week I've been doing. So I won't be posting the "140 miles months" any more.

But I am shooting for 100 miles/month.

Told you you would catch me soon enough. You're only 13 lbs behind me now...

How do those pants and jersies fit now! Nice job.

They fit very nice now. They don't feel tight anymore. Plus I have gone two holes down on my belt.

I think I went through my wall on running. I ran 4 miles (my longest run so far) yesterday and averaged under 10:00 minute miles. I was really surprised, but I was so happy and I felt great after too.

3 more lbs this week. I'm at 231.4 which is 30 lbs of weight loss since Dec 1.
