Default Restarted interval training after five month break

boy was that hard.

No wonder I'm slow again. Only 4 1200s and 3 200s , but it seemed as if I were running all day.

Running intervals suck. I think they hurt much more than cycling intervals. When I do them, which is rarely, I can't bring myself to go more than 400-600 meters. A 1200 is out of the question.

I ran an 800 at full sprint that nearly killed me last month. I haven't ever hurt like that running distance.

I don't ever plan on doing speed work of any type, which is why my race times for any distance will never exceed slightly better than mid-pack range.
