Default IT bands and Half marathons...

Well the SL Half is this weekend, I haven't run in over a week and my IT band is still a little tight and it's not pain free yet.

I'm considering not running this weekend so I can get this better and train for the wasatch back.

any advice?

This sucks. However I did do a mile long swim over the weekend.

As much as it sucks, I'd skip it. Sounds like you need at least 2 weeks off (counting time served) and maybe a little more.
