I agree. It is infinitely easier to justify the return of a little boy to his only living parent when there is absolutely no reason to believe that he will be in any danger there, certainly no danger of sexual abuse.

Good point. Yet if you polled many on this board, they'd go the opposite way. Elian back to Cuba = wrong, FLDS kids taken away = wrong.
