Default Ran the Turkey Trot today

A 6 miler. My goal was to run a 45 minute race. I came in at about 44:17 and I'm very happy with that time. It couldn't have been a more beautiful day. Not a cloud in the sky and about 58 degrees.

Where was that? I ran the 5k at Cottonwood Heights. There were at least 800 people there. And it was very cold.

I'm proud of you, my friend. 20 minutes faster than my sweet-ass 1:04. I figure that even if I hadn't been pushing 80lbs of young OrangeUtes in a stroller, I still wouldn't have come within 10 minutes of your time. Congrats!

I'm impressed that you can do six miles pushing a kid. That would kill my back. You did great.
