Default I can now pinch an inch

on my gut and I don't like it. I used to have rock hard abs.

If you know some good ab exercises, please share.

the inch is probably due to subcutaneious fat, which is a whole organism problem.

The junky calories are probably my problem. I've been doing 30 minutes on the bike twice a week for cardio, but lately I've been up late writing and I've been snacking.
