Default vs. Colorado Mesa

We got a glimpse in that game of what a bad performance looks like for this team.

Haws was out with injury. The offense was out of sorts, as Colorado Mesa tried to use a lot of clock.

Anson Winder shot horribly from the outside. He was 0-7 from the 3. Carlino was 0-6 from 3. And overall the team was 1-21 from the 3. Which of course is horrible.

Luckily the talent level was such that they could still win rather easily.

Against Stanford we saw what BYU looks like when they are on fire shooting. There may be some games when the team looks out of sorts and fires up bricks. This was one of those games.

Big game on Wednesday.

Being a 3-point team sucks. There's so much variation in those shots. Don't remember how many times in tournament games when we suddenly stunk it up just like that.

I'd much rather be an inside team.
