Ricky Rubio
One of the point guards on the Spanish team is 17 years old and playing pro ball in Europe. He has the potential to be the number one pick in the NBA draft when he reaches the eligible age. Pretty impressive kid. He's got some moves.

I was reading he is really only 13, but that his passport says 17. Cheaters.
