Default a new low in the attacks on Romney

http://newsbusters.org/node/10898

Someone should have asked Lierbermann if he would renounce the notion of a Jewish temple being rebuilt.

And someone should ask Obama what the penalty in Islam is for someone who leaves the faith.

And someone should ask Hillary if she is a Christian and believes in the second coming.

Who was that "Mormon spokesman?" Aaron Shaf? To print that alleged title without an actual name, simply reeks of B.S.

It's George Stephanoplous, would you expect anything less?

I didn't know Obama was Muslim.

Interviews with Romney and articles about him tend to take the same tone.

Mitt Romney is a Mormon. Many evangelical Christians believe Mormonism is a cult and would not vote for a Mormon like Mitt Romney.

Mitt Romney, a Mormon, was governor of Massachusets. This made him the first Mormon governor of Massachusets.

Mitt Romney, a Mormon, was also in charge of the Olympics in Salt Lake City, a city founded by the Mormons, who some people think is a cult.

Mitt Romney, a Mormon, used to be pro-choice and is now pro-life, a position change that many believe was an attempt to placate the religious right, who think Mormons have perverted the true gospel of Jesus Christ.

Mitt Romney, a Mormon, was in a car accident in France on his Mormon mission. Many in the Republican party don't like either France or Mormons.

It remains to be seen what Mitt Romney, a Mormon, will do to overcome this tremendous anti-Mormon bias of the religious right. He also wears funny magic underwear, believes God lives on the Planet Kolob, and will pay 10% of his Presidential salary to the Mormon church. Because that's what Mormons believe and do.

You have had some really good ones lately. This is among the best.

I think you forgot this one though....

Mormon Romney will announce his formerly polygamous candidacy for president in Dearborn, Mormonchigan, where his Mormon father was the Mormon Governor, and did, once, as a mormon, run for president. The younger Mormon Romney was the governor of Mormochusetts and during that time recieved direct cult orders from the anti-Christian Mormon formerly polygamous leadership in Salt Lake city. None of the Mormons knew Jesus Christ, because as Mormons they were to Mormon to do so. Romney is usually classified as a Mormoderate politically, but his ancestors were Mormon so who knows what kind of cultish politics he will pursue since he is Mormon. Oh, and by the way Romney is LDS. And Mormon.

Is this too over the top?

Thank you.

I think the article would also mention that Dearborn is also home of the largest Muslim population in the United States and that Mormons are only slightly less hated than Muslims.
