Is this old news? Bernard Kohl tests positive for CERA at this years Tour.

This one actually surprises me. Well, more than the other ones at least.

So is the test for CERA something that's come out since the Tour then? I wonder how many old samples they could nail. Anyone know how long CERA has been available?

The CERA test is fairly new and has only been used in the ProTour for the past couple of months. There was a report from some Gerolsteiner riders that their team was on the team bus when they received the announcement that it was now being used on TdF samples. There was reportedly widespread excitement, except from Schumacher who was sitting quietly in the corner looking like he was going to throw up.

I'm not sure how long CERA has been used though.
