Here in Redding they are setting up evacuation centers for parts of the city that are experiencing flooding tonight. The rain is heavy and has not let up all day. The forecast calls for more rain. This could get ugly.

Yep. But it will be improving now that housing prices have skyrocketed. Lots of money moving in that way now.

Phoenix Spas. The funniest thing was last year I was out there and INS came in and they honestly lost 80% of there work force and were fined like 150k.

So I am out there a few weeks ago, and one of the guys there said all of his employees are working down the street at some other factory now.
