That was night and day better than the EliteXC. First of all the ref with the "questionable" stoppage happened to be the same one who reffed the Kimbo fight, Miragliotta has to go. Hughes was absolutely outclassed by Alves and he needs to hang it up. Bisping beat the hell out of Day, but who the hell is Day? Marquardt dominated his fight but I agree on the illegal knee losing a point, however the strikes to the head were on the side not the back.

Best fight of the night was Thiago Tavares and Matt Wiman on the undercard, I am shocked out how far Wiman has come he looked great.

Hughes needs to hang it up; I have no interest in watching a Hughes vs Serra fight in the future. Vera needs to quit whining and move down to LHW. Wasn't the best card the UFC has produced, but IMO was miles a head of EXC.

Sengouku was a decent card...they've got a pretty good stable of HW's.

I have to say that Hughes vs Serra is one of the fights I am most looking forward to. That fight needs to happen. Then after that Hughes can retire.
