Women, in the past moreso than today, were allowed to give blessings by the laying on of hands. Women administer and officiate in temple ordinances.

I don't think it will ever happen, but there seems to be some 'evidence' to show that maybe in the following life priesthood lines will extend past men.
The Toscanos in Strangers in Paradox have a pretty interesting theory about the OT patriarchs, and demonstrate how the birthright of priesthood authority, while clearly residing in the males, might have been transmitted through the females Sarai/Sarah, Rebekah, and Rachael. These "Matriarchs" received revelation from the Lord, enjoyed a privileged lineage, and exercised a considerable degree of initiative and resourcefulness. They were hardly pushovers. Contrast with the story of Esau's marriage to a daughter of Ishmael, clearly someone - although related - from inferior lineage (Gen. 28). Clearly, females were tied to legitimate authority.

I think the odds of a pre-millennial extension of the priesthood to women has a 0% chance of happening. I think there's a modest chance (i.e. greater than 0%) of something on a limited or full scale possibly happening during the Millennium.

I think there's a 0% chance of gay celestial marriage or gays getting the priesthood EVER.

I don't know either way.
I never claimed as much.
But I'm not about to make a statement in capital letters about the possibility of some future event that is outside of my control.

I'm uncomfortable with that kind of surety.
