Well, not really. I don't think he is a Jew-hater.

He just happens to not agree with all of Israel's policies. It just goes to show how tricky it is to be anything close to honest when it comes to Israel, because all they have to do is pull the anti-Semite card, and suddenly you can become radioactive.

I think deep down Israelis know that their current path of Apartheid is going to lead to the doom of Israel. Unless something changes, Israel has no future. But they won't dare acknowledge this. It is too painful. And that is why someone like Obama brings out so much anger and angst among Israelis.
