light for night/early-morning riding
I'm thinking about getting this.
http://www.modernbike.com/itemgroup....175153&TID=367 I need something where I can ride fast and see obstacles. Creekster recommended a cygolite, but I've read of too many people having problems with broken switches. |

Thats a great light. I ride with several guys that have similar lights. I hardly need anything on my bike with these things nearby.
The one question I would ask is if it also is able to hook to your helmet if you choose. If you plan to do any single track riding, this is the way to go, imo. |

Niterider makes a great product. You won't be sorry. The performance product is pretty good, especially for the price. I actually had a problem with a switch with my first light. I took it back over a year later without a receipt and they changed it out no questions asked; brand new light (and battery) so I have no complaints.

which light would you prefer between these two?
I'm having a hard time getting data on the relative brightness/lumens of these two systems. Which is brighter and would allow me to ride faster? http://www.niterider.com/prod_classic.shtml http://www.niterider.com/prod_rage.shtml Classic +: Rage: |
