Whenever I see tats like that I think of the part of the BOM that talks about Amlicites marking themselves.

Had an elder in my mission who was part of a white supremacy gang prior to being active and repentant enough to serve. He had "white power" tattooed on his left arm that was clearly visible when he wore short sleeves. Also had an executioner on his calf. Interesting fellow.
