Cycling burnout
This category has come to a compete stop. Is everybody backing off on the miles? I've got some golf to catch up on so I won't be riding much even though with the cooler weather it may be the best time of the year to ride.

I've backed off to zero. I need to start up a bit just for fun.

As soon as I can get back on the bike, I'll get involved.
Barely following the Vuelta but might follow Disco's swan song in Missouri.

I am in a severe state of depression over having returned to riding the trainer in the mornings before work. I got a good ride in this past weekend, about 50 miles, but my enthusiasm was dampened a bit by the 100 degree heat we ran into the last hour of the ride. Bonk city.
I was also planning on doing a century this saturday, but those plans have also changed. So instead I'll be lucky to get in 20-30 miles. I've been running about 3 days a week, which has been fun to get back into. Golf? Whats that? I haven't heard that word since before the birth of my second child. |
