I've played in tournaments where it's taken more then 6 hours to play 18. I hate slow play. What was your best 18 score during those 72?

Lest you get the wrong idea, I don't actually play Polo but am merely a spectator. We're blessed to have some of the best European and South American players who spend their summers up here playing the sport of the ancient Persian kings.

I shot an 89 the second round which is very good for me. I believe I shot a 115 the final round. I probably averaged in the mid 90's.

Do you also have a 12m boat docked in Newport?

No, no. I'm not a water person. And in case you think I'm kidding (and I'm not)

We're lousy with polo up here.

Hate to distract from the lively discussion, but today's weigh-in:
208.0 (24.2% BF)
Total loss 1.8 lbs.

Didn't really change too much this week. This is about how much I wanted to lose each week, so that's good. I noticed how much I eat just because food is there. Also, I've noticed how big of portions I eat. If I eat about half of what I normally would, wait about 15 mins, then I'm not really hungry for more. So, cutting the snacking down and decreasing portion sizes was my basic diet for the week.

Same as last week.

I took my son to WALL-E over the weekend. I'd like to go on the record as stating I can't wait until we receive all our calories in beverage form.
