LaVar was my favorite player on the Redskins for a long time and he was a fan favorite here as well. He is hands down one of the more talented guys to enter the league in a long long time, but he just hasn't been able to get healthy. I suspect this accident will end his career as the 2008 season seems to be in jeopardy.

I thought he would be a Redskin lifer, but he hired a bad agent and fell victim to a shrewed business man in Dan Snyder.

I hope that LaVar can make a comeback though, and if not, perhaps he can have a booth or studio career of some kind. He has enough charisma and good will left here in Washington that he could do it.
