On all main items, she is just as liberal as Obama, i.e., taxes, military, health care [is anybody more liberal or socialist than Hillary on this pivotal issue?], economy. In fact, if it were up to me, I wouldn't discuss anything else but those issues as all others are irrelevant in our daily lives.
I get that you are trying to imply that Democrats are commies, but I think you are quite a ways off on that.

As to your point about the 4 big issues, I wish that it were the same way. But I don't think the other stuff is irrelevant, just not very relevant. Obviously, we disagree about economic and taxation policies. But not about their importance.

Actually, they are different. And Obama's record is significantly more liberal.

Obama proposes tax increases for those above 200k and a repeal of the AMT. Hillary won't even get specific about her tax proposal yet.

Obama actually (and this came as a shock to me) proposes "expanding and upgrading" the military in addition to an immediate pullout. The expense of his military expansion will be a liability for him. Hillary does not support an immediate pullout, and I would suspect (though she's not on record) she supports an eventual scaleback of the military.

Hillary no longer supports the socialized medicine she did in the 1990s. She learned from that mess. Neither Obama nor Hillary has released the specifics of their healthcare proposals.

I would agree with Detroit's summary that Obama is more liberal than Hillary, and his record will be a liability with moderates and independents.

No, Dems are not commies, but the extreme, hyperbolic example, is judging Hillary and Barack in terms of who is more moderate is the same thing as judging which is more moderate between Stalin and Mao. Both are undesirable and from afar, it's akin to asking if you'd rather be tortured a la Marathon, i.e., drilling your teeth without anesthesia with an intent to cause pain, or somebody chopping off your foot. You really don't care at that point, because both are absurd.

The truth is for me, the main importance of government is how it affects your economic rights, how it provides physical protection and what minimalistic social benefits.

I could understand Obama's pull out of Iraq but upgrade the military, That's a position I could support.

I don't give a damn about abortion, I care much less about gay rights than I did historically, as I can see how it has negatively impacted Republicans but I'm not in favor of increasing benefit rights, and we should allow responsible searching for new oil sources. I am almost a true liberarian when it comes to civil liberties and education at the state level is vitally important to me and my family.

Just because Hillary hasn't stated a policy on tax increases doesn't mean she isn't planning one. 200K is not that much money and people who earn that little shouldn't be penalized by a progressive income tax.

Right. I didn't mean to imply that she isn't. I meant to imply that she's not (yet) being upfront with how she plans to pay for her proposals.

She's smart enough not to be upfront with potentially damaging agenda items.
