Yes I did run with them, and I will paying the entry fee on monday and joining them again for next year. I can't wait.
I just want to thank Runner Coug again for the opportunity because I had a blast, and it was great to know everyone on our team even if you are byu fans. ;-) |

He did, he was in car 2. From all accounts, he did awesome. Dude has lost 43 lbs, too.
I forgot to tell you, you weren't alone in your utefandom. Brian ran his first leg in some hideous socks with the ute logo on them. The only Cougar in the van besides me was Matt. |

It might be fun to do a road bike things like this.
I think in Utah they have a mountain bike version, take turns doing laps. I know there is a road bike 24 hour race or something as well, take turns doing laps. A friend did it, and it sounded CRAZY. |

One of the cooler things about the Wasatch Back that I took home was the abiblity to push myself during my runs. I've been averaging 9:00-9:16 minute miles since the relay ended.
I figure, if I keep my heart rate between 150-170, I'm doing a pretty good job pushing myself and not going too slow. Which has been the case.
