I've been Mr. Mommin' it since yesterday while Mrs. Meanie is on R&R in California. So, it's friday afternoon, the kids are getting hungry and I've got to come up with dinner. What do you think I came up with?

- Ordered a pizza? Nope
- Took the kids to McD's? Nope
- PB&J? Nope (did that for lunch)

Would you believe the Big Fat Meanie goes and serves up some Hainan Chicken and Rice with Chili-Lime Dipping Sauce. The kids chowed down on it. I got the recipe out of a kick-butt little vietnamese cookbook we have.

I'm thinking of serving up some Thai Fried Rice tomorrow. Man, Martha Stewart ain't got nothing on me!

P.S. - Even though Mr. Mom duty isn't that difficult, I'll still be glad when Mrs. Meanie gets back on Monday and I can go back to my regular routine.
