I am watching the local evening news, and the BIG NEWS that demands the first 3 minutes of the broadcast is that there will be RAIN on Friday.

You would think that there was going to be a meteor hit us. RAIN, OH NO RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!!

This sums up my views on the subject:

You gotta love the Insult Dog. Awesome.

Sit thru a local news in Washington DC when there is a chance for snow. It can be a forecast of 1 inch of snow and they spend 25 minutes talking about it. If there is a chance for more than 1 inch of snow, well, welcome out the 'Breaking News' reports...hint that you may be closing down the entire school system...and alert the audience that there is a chance that the entire Federal Government will be shut down.

It's sad that you have such disregard for the weather and for weathermen, but I guess it should be expected considering how easy it is to become a weather scientist. Oh well, you better hope that I don't get a weatherman job in Dallas, I will purposely get it wrong just to mess with your recreation plans.
