Lebowski and YOhio, I agree it's a stupid point. I'm not making it, Waters is. Waters, your rejoinder was predictable. I expected that shift in position from what you were really insinuating. But BYU doesn't have the credentials to compare itself to Oklahoma or Texas. Self-delusion is a sad thing. We all know Ute fans don't dislike BYU because BYU is superior in any way. They dislike BYU's culture, and they aren't alone. Abyway, the loathing goes both ways in this rivalry, in equal measure.

Oh, yes they do. It is actually a bigger game than the Texas/OU game. And like the BYU/Utah rivalry, win/loss records in a particular year are not a good barometer of how the game will turn out.

But for 100% of A&M fans, t.u. is the big game. A&M is the little brother, just like UofU. |

That's the weird thing about this rivalry for me. Although I don't hate any Ute fans on a personal level, I will admit to sometimes hating Utah in general, especially at this time of year. Few things are more satisfying than thinking about Harline's catch last year. Not just for the thrill of victory, but for the dagger that it was in the hearts of the Ute faithful.

I think we're saying the same thing.
Your reference to Harline's catch reminded me how many months Waters had it on his signature on CB. My ass he doesn't care. He trolls his own board. There ought to be an ordinance against that.

I'm glad Utah has had a good season. Because at least now we have a game with some suspense. |

I'll assume you mean a game with suspense this season? You didn't think the Tulsa game was suspenseful?
