Default Old people shouldn't get to vote

Old people screw up every election.

Young people shouldn't get to vote either.

Requirement for voting should be that you have a full time job.

Like I just said in another thread, ignore the lunatic fringers. Next thing Santos will say don't let the Catholics vote.

or you could just require everyone to vote and see how that works out. I am a bit saddened that voter turn out is so low in this country. Do 2/3 of people not really care?

I was kinda partial to landowners being able to vote. Of course, old people would get to vote then.

Peronsally, I think only those that agree with me in every respect should be allowed to vote. Everyone else obviously suffers from some sort of mental disorder from which the young and senile should be protected.

I understand that this thread is probably TIC, but my 18 year old daughter is taking politics much more seriously than I have in a long time. There's something to say about the exuberance of youth.

Without the exuberance of youth, we wouldn't get to see all those hooters at Mardi Gras.

I endorse this post, unless of course you disagree with me, then you are senile and should not be allowed to vote.

Why women were ever given a vote is beyond my comprehension. They are the segment of voters who have really screwed things up, more than the old coots.
