One of the greatest fights of all time was the Corrales-Castillo I title fight.

Watch the 10th round. Amazing.

That clip reminds me why I much prefer boxing to MMA and that heavyweights are far too overpaid and over-hyped. If boxing wants to save face, it needs to emphasize the lower weight divisions and give them the larger purses.

Chico will be missed. Anyone see the pics of his bike? I can't even imagine what he must have looked like.

It's not "boxing" that is ignoring the lower weight divisions. It's fans and eyeballs that are ignoring it. If you want the lower weight divisions to get more airplay, you have to watch them.

Excellent point. I do my part and watch it when I'm able.

I much prefer the lower weight divisions. More actual fighting and less hugging.

I just watched the Corrales vs. Castillo fight, all 10 rounds, on DVD.

Amazing fight.

RIP Mr. Corrales.
